ERI will not be responsible for any transaction, loss or damage to any Members or third party resulting from the usage of this website. ERI does not guarantee the accuracy, validity and completeness of any information made available to the Members.


 

General Terms

 

This ERI website is solely an extra service to Members who have obtained their membership certificate. Unused Weeks could be advertised in this website. ERI will advertise through suitable media on ad hoc basis to help attract reasonable traffic volume to view what Members have to offer.

It is suggested that Members shall first have their weeks booked with RCI before uploading their profile to the website. Emails or contacts from interested parties will be redirected to the Members by ERI. ERI will not be responsible for the accuracy or genuinity of the emails or contact numbers of interested parties redirected. ERI will have no interest in any deals or transaction between the members and interested parties.


 

Privacy

 

In order to protect the privacy of the Members, it is also suggested that Members' contact numbers or addresses should be retained from any fields in the profile. ERI will not sell, trade or rent any Members' personal information to others.
